If you have any issue with your subscription, please try these methods:
Update Google Play Store
Open the Google Play Store and click on the profile picture on the top right.
Go to Settings > About > Play Store version.
Make sure the alert says "Google Play Store is up to date". Otherwise update it.
Update Android Version
- Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Open Settings.
- Near the bottom, tap System > Advanced > System Update.
- See your 'Android version' and 'Security patch level'.
- If an update is available, an update button will appear. Install the update. Follow any steps on the screen.
Tap it. Your phone will reboot.
Log in to Google Play Store
Open the Google Play Store app. If you are not logged in, the "Sign in" button will appear. There you can sign in with your Google Account or create an account.
Restart your mobile phone
Please also try to restart your phone. Sometimes this is the simplest and yet most efficient solution.
