We as Tellonym have dedicated this page to inform you during your investigations. You can send requests or questions about the process to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are requesting information, please include the following information in every enquiry:
- Tellonym-Link/Username of all involved accounts
- Text, Timestamp, Screenshot or other identifier of the messages involved
- Name of the requesting authority
- Official Case Number
- Reason for the complaint
- Legal Basis for your request
- Which data you request
Please make sure to write your email from an official government domain. Please do not send us requests on paper. The fastest way to receive our response is with an email to email@example.com.
We understand that there are cases that require immediate response. In such cases please include all the information you have in an email that you send to firstname.lastname@example.org with the title 'EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST'.
Please especially include information that makes this case specifically urgent and why you see an immediate danger if not obvious.
We only have data concerning activity that happen on Tellonym. If somebody is posting a screenshot of the Tellonym app on a different platform, it is possible we can not provide valuable data. Please read the following article to understand what Tellonym is: What is Tellonym?
If a judicial order is not yet available and you wish that a specific set of data is kept for significantly longer than thirty days, we recommend to file a preservation request.
We may voluntarily preserve the information after receiving a formal preservation request. We accept preservation requests from any Law Enforcement globally.
