- Tellonym-Link/Username of all involved accounts
- Text, Timestamp, Screenshot or other identifier of the messages involved
- Name of the requesting authority
- Official Case Number
- Reason for the complaint
- Legal Basis for your request
- Which data you request
Please also make sure to send your email from an official government domain. Please do not send us requests on paper. The fastest way to receive our response is with an email to email@example.com.
If your request is urgent, please choose the subject 'EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST'.
We can only provide data to transactions that happened on Tellonym. If somebody is posting a screenshot from the Tellonym app outside of Tellonym, we can not provide valuable data.
